“Coding is only the final step. First comes understanding your business.”

Our combined business, IT and enterprise experience shapes the way we think about systems at DevenIT. We turn knowledge gained from process analysis, optimisation, internal IT development and system rollouts into practical digital solutions.

At DevenIT, we do not force a ready-made template onto a business. We first look at how the company actually works: where manual administration wastes time, where data gets scattered, which systems fail to communicate, and where time, money or capacity can genuinely be recovered.

From that, we build custom web applications that are fast and practical to use. Internal systems that do not try to change the way your business works, but finally support it properly.

FAQ

The questions most often asked about custom applications, websites, mobile products and AI development.

When off-the-shelf tools force you to change the way you work, administration is heavily manual, the same data lives in several places, or an important process depends on spreadsheets, email and phone calls. A custom solution is shaped around your real operation, not the other way around.

A website mainly presents your business and generates enquiries, a web application manages and automates processes, while a mobile app is justified when people use the functions frequently on their phones. During discovery we select the solution that genuinely serves the goal.

Yes, when it solves a concrete business task: processing documents, structuring data, drafting responses or supporting decisions. We do not add AI simply because it is fashionable; first we identify where it can create measurable value.

Usually yes. Through APIs, data imports or custom integrations it can connect to a CRM, invoicing platform, inventory system, email service or another internal tool. The available options and limitations are verified during planning.

It starts with a focused discovery session, followed by defining users, workflows and priorities. A solution plan and proposal are then prepared, and development moves through milestones with regular demonstrations and testable versions.

A focused website or smaller system may be completed within a few weeks, while a complex multi-module web or mobile application can take several months. The exact timeline is defined once the functions and integrations are clear.

The cost depends on functions, user roles, integrations and the required automations. After discovery you receive a transparent, itemised proposal with clearly defined scope and payment milestones.

Your domain knowledge is important at the beginning because you understand the business best. Afterwards, short focused consultations and milestone approvals are usually enough; we handle the technical planning, implementation and coordination.

After the project is completed and fully paid, you receive the source code, database and handover materials. The result is not a closed system that prevents you from moving forward later.

Launch is followed by a stabilisation period and training when required. Ongoing maintenance, version updates, refinements and new modules can also be added later, allowing the system to grow with the business.
