Sales-supporting solutions
Quote request flows, client portals, booking systems and automated quote preparation. The goal is faster response, a clearer client journey and fewer lost opportunities.
I’m Tamás Dévényi. I build custom systems and private internal web applications for businesses, tailored to specific operational challenges and designed with a clear business-first mindset.

Replacing scattered spreadsheets, manual data entry and paper-based work orders with an internal system shaped around how your business actually works.
I connect the tools you already use: billing, calendars, CRMs, databases or custom APIs. Less duplicate work, less manual data moving.
When your workflow does not fit an off-the-shelf tool, I build around it. Permissions, audit trails, reports and data control on your own hosting environment.
Freelance software developer
“Coding is only the final step. First comes understanding your business.”
My background in business and IT, combined with the experience I gained in large corporate environments, shaped the way I think about systems today. For years, I worked on business process analysis, process optimisation, internal IT development and the rollout of new systems.
At DevenIT, I do not force a ready-made template onto a business. I first look at how the company actually works: where manual administration wastes time, where data gets scattered, which systems fail to communicate, and where time, money or capacity can genuinely be recovered.
From that, I build custom web applications that are fast and practical to use. Internal systems that do not try to change the way your business works, but finally support it properly.
My latest project was a complex web application for a Budapest-based private clinic, with inventory management, patient records, appointment booking and management reporting brought into one connected system.
This project was built as a mobile-first internal clinic application tailored to the client’s real operational needs. I created an internal database for tracking inventory, together with a closed, role-based interface for recording and managing patient data. As a result, patient intake on a tablet became a clear, structured process that takes only a few minutes.
I connect your web app with the tools you already use: invoicing software, payment gateways, calendars, databases or other external systems. Instead of juggling separate platforms, you get one clear setup where the parts work together.
Every development starts with a deep analysis of the process. I do not just build functions; I optimize your business operation with code.
The system runs on a hosting environment chosen for your business, typically rented hosting or a server under your control. No vendor lock-in: you own the source code and the data.
What we fix at the end of the specification is locked. No surprise extra hourly fees, mandatory updates or hidden license charges.
You do not just get an email with login credentials at the end. We introduce the system together, I train your team and support you during the first period.
Optional items, ordered separately.
After you accept the preliminary quote, we go through where daily administration breaks down, what decision points exist and what needs to be turned into a system.
IMPORTANT: If the project starts, I credit 100% of the process assessment fee against the final development price.
As a separate service, you can request an operational review: I simplify the steps, clarify responsibilities, and only then build the system around it.
Clients, products, work orders, packages or historical data moved from old spreadsheets into the new system, including cleaning and checking.
You are not left alone after handover. Bug fixes, minor changes, technical checks, backup supervision and ongoing availability depending on the package.
If real usage shows that you need another report, permission level, notification, data sheet or internal process, the system can be expanded as a separate module.
Connecting an invoicing tool, calendar, payment provider, external database or API so data does not have to be moved by hand.
Custom reports, management views, CSV or Excel exports that finally show where time, money and capacity are leaking.
Automatic text processing, quote preparation, intelligent categorization, summarization or decision-support modules when it truly makes business sense.
We do not start by writing code. First we clarify the goal, the workflow and the project boundaries, then the system is built through clear milestones.
We review the current workflow, goals and key pain points. This is where we identify what actually needs to be turned into a system.
After the first discussion, you receive an initial cost and timeline range, so you can understand the expected scale early.
We define the features, permissions, data, integrations and milestones. The final proposal is built on this approved specification.
Development moves through approval points. After testing, refinement and handover, the first 30 days of support are included in the project.
The chaos: 2 hours of phone calls every day because of paper notes and status questions.
The system: tablet-based work order management with automatic SMS and email notifications.
Result: 2 hours saved daily, 0 lost notes, visibly better customer experience.
The chaos: Messenger bookings, double reservations and expired passes no one noticed.
The system: client-managed booking and automatic pass tracking.
Result: 100% conflict-free booking and +15% pass renewal thanks to instant control.
The chaos: error-prone copy-paste quote writing in Word and Excel.
The system: one-click PDF quote generation powered by a central database.
Result: 3-minute quotes and 10+ work hours recovered every week.
The most important questions before we start.
Not a traditional static website. I build custom web applications that work for you: they handle data, search, record bookings, automate tasks and permanently replace chaotic Excel sheets and paper-based administration.
Companies already drowning in daily administration benefit the most. If you provide services, coordinate colleagues, manage clients, bookings, orders, statuses or recurring tasks across emails, messages and spreadsheets, this is your direction. I do not take generic “I just need a website” projects.
No. The system runs in a browser. You can open it anytime on phone, tablet or laptop and it works immediately. No installation, no update hassle — you log in and use it.
A focused smaller application can sometimes be delivered within 3–4 weeks. A more complex business management or internal admin system usually takes around 2–3 months, depending on scope. The exact timeline, milestones and delivery rhythm are always discussed and written into the contract. Development happens in stages, so you continuously see, test and approve the completed functions.
That is completely normal. Smaller fine-tuning is handled within the project scope. If you need a completely new, complex feature, I prepare an additional quote and you decide whether we build it. No surprises or hidden costs.
Every project starts with a clear, transparent contract. A 30% advance payment is required to begin, and the remaining amount is paid after the agreed development milestones are delivered and accepted. You always pay for completed and tested results.
As safely as possible. The finished system and database run on the hosting provider or server environment chosen for your business, not inside a closed third-party SaaS account. The goal is clear control over the database, access and operation. Installation is always included in the base offer; later support and maintenance are handled separately.
Absolutely. For the first 30 days after handover, I help with fine-tuning and any fixes as part of the project at no extra cost. After that, monthly technical support is available if needed, including system supervision, backups and smaller changes.
Only when requested together with a web application. My main focus is building systems, but if you also need a sharp new website alongside the ordered web app, I can prepare a separate offer. I do not take standalone website-only projects.
Absolutely. If you do not have hosting yet, or your current setup is not strong enough to run the system, I can manage the full technical background: domain, hosting and database setup. You do not have to deal with IT providers; I handle it in one place.
Go through these 3 quick steps so I can see exactly where most of your time is leaking and how I can turn your processes into a clean system.
