Not a template. Not a workaround.

An admin interface tailored to your operation, showing who did what, where each task stands, and what comes next.

Services

The goal is not to give you yet another interface. The goal is to make your daily operation clear, measurable and manageable in one place.

Client management

Clients, history, statuses, notes and related documents in one organized interface.

Booking and calendar

Appointments, capacity, confirmations, cancellations and the daily schedule, clearly usable on mobile as well.

Work orders and status

No more asking where a job stands. The system shows it: received, in progress, done, invoiced.

Inventory and finance

Basic stock movements, revenue summaries, simple financial reports and exports.

Dashboard and reporting

Management visibility: what generates revenue, where work gets stuck, what is urgent, and what needs attention.

Permissions

Admin, employee, external partner or read-only roles. Everyone sees exactly what they need.

Audit logging

Important changes show who changed what and when. Fewer disputes, more accountability.

On your chosen hosting

The system runs on the hosting provider you choose, not deep inside a third-party SaaS account. Your data, operation and access management stay in a more transparent and controllable environment.

Custom ideas and special business logic

If your idea does not fit into a ready-made category, you are in the right place. Custom ideas, industry-specific rules and special workflows can be translated into usable web app logic.

Administration slows you down
when it lives in too many places at once.

Most small businesses do not slow down because their service is bad. They slow down because key information lives in too many places at once: Excel, paper, messages, memory and separate files.

I turn that chaos into usable system logic. I do not just draw screens: I understand the process, remove unnecessary loops and build a web app your team will actually use.

01
Scattered data

The same information in multiple spreadsheets, versions and people’s heads.

02
Lost accountability

It is unclear who changed it, who approved it, and where the process got stuck.

03
No daily control

Management only sees the problem when it already costs money or hurts the customer experience.

04
Too much manual work

Copying, searching, checking, administrating — every single day.

I do not sell ideas.
I solve concrete business problems.

Different companies, different situations — with the same goal: less manual admin, faster operations, more control and a better customer experience.

Automatic updates instead of constant phone calls

×

The chaos: 2 hours of phone calls every day because of paper notes and status questions.

The system: tablet-based work order management with automatic SMS and email notifications.

Result: 2 hours saved daily, 0 lost notes, visibly better customer experience.

From chaotic Excel to a closed 24/7 booking system

×

The chaos: Messenger bookings, double reservations and expired passes no one noticed.

The system: client-managed booking and automatic pass tracking.

Result: 100% conflict-free booking and +15% pass renewal thanks to instant control.

From 30-minute quote writing to a 3-minute flow

×

The chaos: error-prone copy-paste quote writing in Word and Excel.

The system: one-click PDF quote generation powered by a central database.

Result: 3-minute quotes and 10+ work hours recovered every week.

Market-leading software. Everything in one place. Yours.

We connect your web app to the tools companies already know. By combining your invoicing system, payment gateway and database into one intelligent machine, we raise your business to a new level.

The cost of invisible admin is often higher than the development itself.

In an SME, the loss rarely arrives as one big invoice. It comes from everyone doing a bit too much admin, searching, copying, checking and fixing. That is the money a good system can win back.

Calculation basis: 4,500 Ft/hour average company cost, conservatively assuming 65% recoverable admin time.
Realistically recoverable value:
303 966 Ft / month
Your total admin load is about 104 hours per month. With a conservative estimate, 68 hours can be recovered. A Business System starting from 1,490,000 Ft could pay for itself in about 4.9 months in your case.

Estimated recoverable admin time, faster response and fewer mistakes.

I would rather keep this 303,966 Ft. Send me a quote! 🚀

How do we get started?

01 · Consultation

Consultation

We review your current operation together and identify the bottlenecks. We map where administration gets stuck and clarify which business goals the future system needs to support.

02 · Indicative quote

Indicative quote

Based on the consultation, I outline an initial cost range and expected timeframe. This gives you a clear picture of the project scale from the start and helps you decide whether to launch the planning phase.

03 · Specification and project logic

Specification and project logic

We precisely define the functions, data structures, permission levels and full operating logic. This is the system planning and business analysis phase, where the scope is documented point by point.

04 · Final quote and schedule

Final quote and schedule

Based on the finalized specification, I prepare the final exact quote. It records the exact price, payment schedule, development milestones and testing rounds.

05 · Design and development

Design and development

Once the plan is approved, coding begins. Development is split into predefined milestones: at the end of each stage you receive a demo to test and approve before we move on.

06 · Testing, handover and onboarding

Testing, handover and onboarding

Before launch, we test and fine-tune the system together. As part of the handover, I provide the necessary technical and user onboarding so your team can start using the new interface immediately.

07 · Support and further development

Support and further development

If needed, I also provide technical supervision after handover: database backups, maintenance and the development of future features and modules.

System-building packages and pricing

No fine print. Every package includes by default:

Business-logic-based specification

Every development starts with a deep analysis of the process. We do not just build functions; we optimize your business operation with code.

Independence and full data control

The system runs on a hosting environment chosen for your business, typically rented hosting or a server under your control. No vendor lock-in: you own the source code and the data.

Fixed pricing, no hidden costs

What we fix at the end of the specification is locked. No surprise extra hourly fees, mandatory updates or hidden license charges.

Smooth onboarding and follow-up

You do not just get an email with login credentials at the end. We introduce the system together, I train your team and support you during the first period.

Additional services

Optional items, ordered separately.

After you accept the preliminary quote, we go through where daily administration breaks down, what decision points exist and what needs to be turned into a system.

IMPORTANT: If the project starts, I credit 100% of the process assessment fee against the final development price.

As a separate service, you can request an operational review: we simplify the steps, clarify responsibilities, and only then build the system around it.

Clients, products, work orders, packages or historical data moved from old spreadsheets into the new system, including cleaning and checking.

You are not left alone after handover. Bug fixes, minor changes, technical checks, backup supervision and ongoing availability depending on the package.

If real usage shows that you need another report, permission level, notification, data sheet or internal process, the system can be expanded as a separate module.

Connecting an invoicing tool, calendar, payment provider, external database or API so data does not have to be moved by hand.

Custom reports, management views, CSV or Excel exports that finally show where time, money and capacity are leaking.

Automatic text processing, quote preparation, intelligent categorization, summarization or decision-support modules when it truly makes business sense.

Portrait of Tamás Dévényi

Tamás Dévényi

Freelance software developer.

“Coding is only the final step. First comes understanding your business.”

My background combines business and IT studies, shaped further by years of corporate experience. At a global multinational company, I worked with business process analysis, optimization, internal IT development and the rollout of new systems. That environment makes one thing very clear: poorly built administration burns time, money and focus every single day.

I did not only see these problems from the business side, but also started solving them as a developer. I began building business-focused software because I was frustrated by repeated manual work, scattered data and unnecessary Excel loops. When my first live systems started saving real, measurable work hours, it became clear that this was more than software development — it was operational improvement.

One of my first concrete systems was an appointment booking, package/pass and activity tracking app for a personal trainer friend. From there, I moved on to other businesses: removing unnecessary Excel loops, making daily operations clearer, and building custom internal systems that actually support the work. Today, my mission is to help Hungarian and regional SMEs level up and bring order into their administration.

I do not believe in dropping a generic template onto a business and calling it a system. First I want to understand where the process gets stuck, who does what, where the data falls apart and what can genuinely be improved. That is what turns the final product from a boxed product with generic features into a closed, custom system that works only for you, exactly the way you need it to.

FAQ

The most important questions before we start.

Not a traditional static website. I build custom web applications that work for you: they handle data, search, record bookings, automate tasks and permanently replace chaotic Excel sheets and paper-based administration.

Companies already drowning in daily administration benefit the most. If you provide services, coordinate colleagues, manage clients, bookings, orders, statuses or recurring tasks across emails, messages and spreadsheets, this is your direction. I do not take generic “I just need a website” projects.

No. The system runs in a browser. You can open it anytime on phone, tablet or laptop and it works immediately. No installation, no update hassle — you log in and use it.

A focused smaller application can sometimes be delivered within 3–4 weeks. A more complex business management or internal admin system usually takes around 2–3 months, depending on scope. The exact timeline, milestones and delivery rhythm are always discussed and written into the contract. Development happens in stages, so you continuously see, test and approve the completed functions.

That is completely normal. Smaller fine-tuning is handled within the project scope. If you need a completely new, complex feature, I prepare an additional quote and you decide whether we build it. No surprises or hidden costs.

Every project starts with a clear, transparent contract. A 30% advance payment is required to begin, and the remaining amount is paid after the agreed development milestones are delivered and accepted. You always pay for completed and tested results.

As safely as possible. The finished system and database run on the hosting provider or server environment chosen for your business, not inside a closed third-party SaaS account. The goal is clear control over the database, access and operation. Installation is always included in the base offer; later support and maintenance are handled separately.

Of course. If needed, I provide monthly technical support including system supervision, backups and smaller changes. If you later want to expand the system, the background and capacity remain available.

Only when requested together with a web application. My main focus is building systems, but if you also need a sharp new website alongside the ordered web app, I can prepare a separate offer. I do not take standalone website-only projects.

Absolutely. If you do not have hosting yet, or your current setup is not strong enough to run the system, I can manage the full technical background: domain, hosting and database setup. You do not have to deal with IT providers; I handle it in one place.

Let’s eliminate the admin chaos.

Go through these 3 quick steps so I can see exactly where most of your time is leaking and how I can turn your processes into a clean system.
